If, at any time, you feel our service to you could be improved, or if you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our service, you should raise the matter with Ms Samarah Sulaman, the Director who is responsible for providing our immigration services to you. We will investigate all complaints. Alternatively, a complaint may be made directly to the Immigration Services Commissioner, Sixth Floor, Fleetbank House, Salisbury Square, London EC4Y 8JX.
